Catering Supervisor
Catering Supervisor – Part Time (26 Hours/Week)
We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food, world-class customer service, and effectively overseeing Compass Group UK&I's catering and service operations for Healthcare.
On a part-time basis (26 hours per week), you’ll ensure seamless kitchen and service counter operations while delivering outstanding food experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver delicious food to the highest standards
- Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
- Monitor and report KPIs and targets in collaboration with line managers
- Represent Compass Group UK&I while maintaining a strong brand image
- Act as a liaison between customers and catering/service teams to exceed expectations
- Support and train teams, leading by example to boost individual and team performance
- Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure full compliance

About the Role
- Monthly shifts: Mon–Fri afternoons (specific pattern to be confirmed)
Please note: This is a contractual role across the year.
About You
Ideal Experience & Qualifications
- Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional service
- Minimum 2 years of catering experience
- Proven ability to manage teams in a similar supervisory role
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to upskill
