About The Role
Days of Working:
Monday to Friday - 2.30pm to 5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting in managing the Front of House day-to-day operations of catering services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting in creating and planning daily menus that are innovative, cost-effective, and meet dietary requirements
- Monitoring the quality of food and beverages, ensuring portion control, and maintaining high standards of presentation
- Leading and supervising the Front of House catering team, including training staff and managing their performance
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining hygiene standards, and keeping accurate records
- Ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and conducting inventory checks
- Helping to control costs, and ensuring the catering service is financially viable
What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Contract Catering industry is required
- Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must
- A proven track record in supervising a team and leadership is crucial
- Demonstrate high standards and be well organised in all areas of Management
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential

The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria:
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-management and organisational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- While not always mandatory, having a food hygiene certificate (Level 2) is advantageous

- Have an understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control
