Catering Supervisor (Part Time, 20 Hours/Week) – Asda
Join Compass Group UK&I to deliver exceptional food experiences at one of the UK’s biggest High Street brands.
Are you passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service? Can you confidently oversee catering and service operations while empowering your team to excel? We’re looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our Asda team on a part-time contract, shaping delicious experiences and propelling your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operations in our kitchens and service counters, maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
- Lead culinary and catering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering impeccable food experiences.
- Monitor and report KPIs to your line manager, ensuring targets are met with precision.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I positively, upholding the brand’s reputation across all interactions.
- Bridge the gap between customers, culinary teams, and service staff to exceed expectations consistently.
- Mentor and train staff, leading by example and fostering a thriving, motivated team.
- Implement and review Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance and a safe working environment for all teams.

What Makes an Ideal Catering Supervisor?
