Catering Supervisor
Catering Supervisor (Part-Time)
Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor who thrives on delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service while overseeing all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Healthcare (contract hours: 22.5 hrs/week).

As Catering Supervisor, you’ll ensure smooth operations in kitchens and service counters, ensuring every meal meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Prepare and oversee high-standard food
- Supervise teams (culinary and catering) to maintain impeccable service
- Monitor KPIs & targets through regular communication with your line manager
- **Represent Compass Group UK&I with a positive, professional brand presence
- Bridge gaps between customers and kitchen/service teams to enhance satisfaction
- Train, support, and lead teams, setting high standards from frontline staff
- ** Implement & review Health & Safety** to ensure full compliance
Experience & Skills
Ideal Candidate May Have:
- Minimum 2 years’ catering experience
- Proven experience in managing teams
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate (valid and updated)
- Exceptional communication & organisation skills
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to upskill
