Catering Supervisor

Part-Time Catering Supervisor (Healthcare) – 14 Hours Per Week

We’re recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations in a Healthcare setting.

Here’s what your core responsibilities will look like:

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving delicious food to the highest standards
  • Supervising kitchen and catering teams to ensure impeccable food quality and customer service
  • Regularly monitoring KPIs and performance targets with your line manager
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Facilitating liaison between customers and teams to exceed expectations
  • Supporting and training staff, leading by example to ensure team excellence
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across all food service operations

*Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate will:

  • Have a deep passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Possess at least two years of catering experience
  • Have proven leadership in managing teams (preferably in a similar role)
  • Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Be ambitious, driven and keen to upskill
