Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team in Brentwood, United Kingdom, for weekend shifts during term time. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional food service to our clients.
- Oversee and coordinate catering operations during weekend shifts
- Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to the team

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role within the food service industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
