Chef Manager (Telford College) – Term Time Fixed-Term Role

The Role: Chef Manager

Location: Telford College Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (£15/hour) Contract: 52-week term-time Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

We’re seeking a dedicated Chef Manager passionate about delivering nutritionally balanced and tasty meals to students—while leading, inspiring, and developing your team to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Food Standards & Compliance:
    • Prepare, cook, and serve food to Caterlink and client standards
    • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and environmental regulations
    • Maintain high-quality nutritional and presentations standards

  • Operational Leadership:

    • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, budget monitoring, and action planning
