Job Title: Mobile Chef Manager (Warwickshire Area)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Chef Manager based in the Warwickshire area to ensure our future generations receive nutritionally balanced and tasty meals. This term-time-only, Monday-to-Friday position (Monday–Friday, 190 working days per year) is ideal for those seeking flexibility.

Job Details

  • Salary: £15.50 - £16.00 per hour
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Contract: Permanent (Term-Time Only)

  • Food Service & Standards

    • Prepare, cook, and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
    • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Location & Reputation Management

    • Uphold and improve Caterlink’s reputation for excellent food and customer service.
    • Manage daily operations including inventory, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans.
    • Maintain correct communication channels with clients, addressing adjustments and improvements.
  • Team Leadership & Training

    • Be the primary point of contact for the school client, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Regularly share KPIs and financial targets with management to meet overall objectives.
    • Support and train team members, promoting training completion and performance management.
  • Operational Accountability

    • Ensure statutory法律 and company procedures (including Food Safety) are adhered to.
