Caterlink is the education sector catering specialist. For over 20 years, the Company has delivered fresh food solutions to pupils and staff at Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and Colleges across the UK.

Job Title & Overview
Operations Manager (Catering & Schools Sector)
We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools, including a mix of primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges.
This is a full-time, year-round role (Monday–Friday) with 52 weeks per year coverage.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in catering management and operational oversight.
- Commercially minded with strong leadership and team development skills.

Requirements
- Experience: Essential previous experience in catering or operations management with a track record of school-client success.
- Policies & Compliance: Success requires completion of an enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.
