We're looking for a CAW Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month FTC basis. This role offers a salary of £35,000 pro rata for 3 days remote working with occasional office visits may be required in London.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate Specialist Meetings and international task forces, ensuring projects are delivered on time and stakeholders remain engaged.
- Act as the key liaison for CAW Specialist Meetings and CAW Network USA, managing communications and reporting on progress.
- Support research and insight projects, ensuring accurate collection and sharing of information.
- Organise travel, meetings, and events for the CAW team and international stakeholders.
- Work with the Marketing team to coordinate and distribute content from specialist groups across CAW channels.
- Support the Director with the day-to-day operations of CAW, including GDPR, legal compliance, and finance administration.

Experience
- Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or stakeholder management.
- Experience working in a professional services, membership, or B2B environment.
- Experience supporting research or insight projects (desirable).
- Good standard of education.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing agendas, minutes, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior UK and international contacts.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and sound judgement.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
