Job Title: CBT Therapist (Contractual | Startup Environment)
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Therapist to join our growing startup on a contractual basis.
This role is ideal for professionals who are genuinely excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy building new systems and services, and are passionate about making a meaningful impact in mental healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual CBT sessions for clients with a range of mental health concerns.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of therapy programs and clinical processes.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
- Formal training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Relevant certification or licensure (as applicable in your region).
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing online or teletherapy sessions.
- Experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, trauma, or related concerns.
- Prior experience in digital health, mental health startups, or innovative care models is an advantage.

Engagement Details
