WE’RE HIRING | Clinical Psychologist / CBT Therapist (Adults & Children)
Oxford CBT is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, thoughtful clinician to join our Oxford team.
We’re seeking either:
- a HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
- or a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist
This role involves working with both adults and young people within a supportive multidisciplinary service spanning therapy, neurodevelopmental assessment, and wellbeing support.

We’re particularly interested in clinicians who value:
- compassionate, person-centred care
- evidence-based practice
- neuroaffirmative approaches
- thoughtful formulation and collaborative working
Experience in eating disorder or DBT is desirable.
Interest in ADHD/autism support or working with neurodivergent individuals is welcomed.
