Job Title: CBT Therapist

Location: Dorset

Working Hours: Flexible

Are you a passionate and qualified CBT Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives? We are currently seeking a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist to join our team for an IAPT role delivering face-to-face therapy in Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients within an IAPT setting
  • Confidently manage your own clinical caseload while conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Travel across Hampshire to provide face-to-face sessions where needed
