Job Title: CBT Therapist
Location: Dorset

Are you a passionate and qualified CBT Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives? We are currently seeking a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist to join our team for an IAPT role delivering face-to-face therapy in Dorset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients within an IAPT setting
- Confidently manage your own clinical caseload while conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans
- Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Travel across Hampshire to provide face-to-face sessions where needed

What We’re Looking For:
- BABCP accreditation (essential)
- Experience delivering CBT in an IAPT setting
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy
