CCM Specialist (DOC1/EngageOne/FIS CSF)
Senior Technical Application Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Technical Application Specialist with strong expertise in customer communications platforms. You will play a key role in leading complex technical initiatives, improving communication frameworks, and ensuring scalable, customer-centric solutions in a highly regulated banking environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead complex technical projects within customer communications platforms
- Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to align solutions with organizational goals
- Provide expert guidance on critical technical decisions and architecture
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and pilot implementations
- Mentor junior team members and drive capability development
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies for adoption
- Manage dependencies across upstream and downstream systems
- Contribute to technical strategy and innovation initiatives

Qualifications:
- Strong experience in customer communications technologies and transformation initiatives
Required Skills:
- Expertise in tools such as Precisely DOC1, EngageOne, or FIS CSF (or alternatives like OpenText / Quadient)
- Knowledge of document composition, post-composition, archiving, and orchestration workflows
- Domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively
- Analytical problem-solving with a data-driven approach
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies
- Customer-first mindset with focus on communication quality
- Experience leading technical solutions and mentoring teams
