Chief Content Officer (CCO) – London

United Media focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched six companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
The role is dynamic, but responsibilities will primarily revolve around:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Set clear goals, evaluate performance, and oversee recruitment & onboarding.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with broader business objectives by working with sales, product development, and other teams.
- Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns across channels: email, social media, website, and more.
- Strategic Planning: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

What we expect from you
We’re seeking candidates with:
- +10 years of work experience with a track record of outstanding performance.

- People passion: Curious, adaptive, and skilled at building, nurturing, and speaking with relationships.
- Strong communication skills (especially verbal and written).

Start date: Flexible Work arrangement: Monday–Friday (office location: next to Victoria Station—no remote work).
