CCOR Data Analytics - Product manager - Vice President
Vice President, Compliance, Conduct & Operational Risk (CCOR) Data Analytics
The Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Data Analytics team is part of the firm’s CCOR organization within the second line of defense. CCOR is responsible for delivering Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk management programs aligned with firm objectives.
As a product-focused analytics leader, this role blends product management, business analysis, and project management to design and drive data-driven capabilities for proactive risk management.
Reporting to the EMEA Lead for CCOR Data Analytics, the Vice President will partner with Compliance, Operational Risk, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to innovate, ensuring alignment with firmwide strategic platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define & align product vision, roadmap, and strategy for CCOR data/analytics solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and business growth
- Bridge stakeholder needs by collaborating with Compliance, First Line, Technology, Data Science, Operations, and other teams to translate requirements into actionable features
- Drive innovation by leveraging advanced analytics, technology, and industry best practices
- Identify AI/LLM applications to enhance decision-making, efficiency, control effectiveness, and user experience (where appropriate)
- Influence at all product lifecycle stages—from ideation to adoption—guiding ideation, prototyping, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Promote Agile & Product Management methodologies (backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, testing, and defect tracking)
- Lead user acceptance testing, training, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements
- Stay ahead of regulatory and risk trends to proactively inform product direction and priorities
- Advocate for stakeholder needs in forums like workshops, sessions, and presentations, ensuring solutions drive measurable value for the organisation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
- Relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or project management, preferably in financial services
- Strong grasp of financial products, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven Agile expertise—product development, Agile frameworks, and scrum methodologies
- Outstanding written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritise effectively, adapt swiftly, and apply critical thinking for results
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel for analysis, Visio for process mapping, PowerPoint/QA for presentations, Project for planning, SharePoint for collaboration)
- Assertive conflict resolution & negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong cross-functional partnerships
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES & SKILLS
- Innovation-focused mindset with passion for AI/LLM technology, traction in leading AI initiatives
- Prior experience in CCOR or risk analytics
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, ELT/EDW concepts, and modern innovation techniques for Compliance & Operational Risk
- Intellectual curiosity—drive to explore critical and sustained learning opportunities
- High attention to detail with rigorous quality focus (processes, risk analysis, reporting)
- Action-driven analytical approach—designing analytical frameworks and deriving sustainable insights
- Creativity in problem-solving—innovating sustainable, goal-oriented solutions tailored to business needs
- Leadership ability to influence senior stakeholders toward shared goals and outcomes
