CCTV Administrator

We are the UK’s largest end to end drainage solution provider with depots strategically located across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth, to ensure round the clock coverage for customers and clients alike.

About The Role

We are looking for a CCTV Administrator to join our specialised CCTV team. Reporting directly to the Head of Group CCTV, you’ll be working as part of a highly experienced and friendly team performing a fulfilling and important role.

Location: Eccles, Manchester

Hours: 40 hours per week (08:00–16:00 or 08:30-17:00)

Main Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

  • Raising purchase order numbers for suppliers using in-house software
  • Goods receiving, matching invoices and apportioning costs to different business units around the group
  • Updating the progress of works via Excel and other Office 365 Apps
  • Preparation and distribution of reports for both costs and quotes
  • Liase with other group departments, suppliers, and our salespeople around the group by email and phone calls
  • Assist the Head of department with day-to-day operations and planning
  • Ad hoc general office duties such or ordering materials, PPE and equipment

Training

Although experience in this type of role is preferred, it is not essential as you will receive full training.

Requirements For The Role

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM) and the ability to learn new in-house IT systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Basic commercial awareness
  • Experience of purchase order and sales systems
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Be reliable, tolerant and able to get on with others
  • Should be well presented and professional
