CCTV Control Room Operator | Belfast | £14.26 per hour
Keeping people safe, it’s what you do best. As a CCTV Operator, you’ll ensure the security of our customers’ staff, buildings, their assets, and the general public through continuous and effective security surveillance.

- Collaborate with on-site security operations to maintain security across public spaces, such as city/town centres and customer sites.
- Actively detect crime and public disorder as part of your commitment to public safety.

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Hold a valid SIA CCTV Licence.
- Have experience in CCTV operations.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be flexible to work a varied shift pattern (including days, nights, and weekends).
- Have a solid knowledge of IT and industry experience (beneficial).
- Possess strong communication skills (interaction with diverse teams and public figures).
Additional Requirements
- Provide a 5-year employment history for screening.
- Hold unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- (Note: A criminal record may not necessarily disqualify you.)
