CCTV Drainage Engineer
CCTV Drainage Engineer – Budds Farm WTW, Havant, Hampshire

Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you’ll uphold the Group’s reputation for absolute quality, compliance, and promise-keeping as we lead the industry:
- Perform maintenance tasks across waste-water networks within Southern Water’s contract, producing high-standard solutions to drainage issues.
- Survey drainage systems using stainless equipment, including OS19X (experience preferred but not essential).
- Produce detailed reports, perform troubleshooting, and maintain safe and efficient site set-up.
- Attend residential/field sites as part of a two-person crew in a high-tech, custom-equipped vehicle.
- Ensure job completion and adherence to Lanes’ policies, while liaising with technical specialists for equipment/access support.
- Capture site documentation, including photographs of setups, inspection chambers, and the entire site.
- Offer excellent customer service while maintaining strict H&S standards.
- Execute additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Hours & Compensation
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week.
- Salary: £30,500 per annum (structured into basic pay, overtime, on-call allowances, and bonuses).

About You
We’re seeking dedicated, hardworking, and safety-compliant professionals who understand the importance of efficient troubleshooting to achieve customer satisfaction. Relevant experience, such as:
- Familiarity with OS19X equipment (not mandatory but advantageous).
- Certain drainage qualifications (NRSWA, Confined Spacing) preferred.
