Are you an experienced drainage or CCTV surveying professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a proactive, safety-focused CCTV Team Leader to join our operational team and help us deliver high-quality drainage services to our clients.
Location: Worcester
Salary: To £38,844 depending on experience
The Role
- Prepare for each job by reviewing job packs, Risk Assessments of Maintenance and Repairs (RAMS), and checking all equipment and vehicles.
- Lead the crew on-site, carrying out CCTV surveys and manhole inspections to industry standards.
- Complete dynamic risk assessments and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
- Allocate tasks effectively to maximise productivity and quality.
- Keep accurate records, job sheets, and technical documentation, ensuring data is returned promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors, reporting progress or issues.
- Ensure every site is left clean, safe, and fully compliant.

What You’ll Need
- Experience in drainage, CCTV surveying, or a similar operational field role.
- Strong understanding of health & safety, RAMS, dynamic risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Confident team leader with the ability to guide and support others.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, safely, and professionally on every site.
