What Will You Do?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your role will demand strategic guidance and hands-on leadership to maintain our rigorous quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end CDD onboarding process, ensuring all files align with KYC/AML regulatory requirements—guaranteeing timeliness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, partners, and government efforts, communicating with clarity and confidence on risks and challenges.
  • Mentor and develop a large team, driving performance through structured feedback, coaching, and support to fuel capability growth.
  • Maintain governance over our CDD frameworks, procedures, and risk processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards across all engagements.
  • Take ownership of complex or high-risk cases, including PEPs, sanctioned entities, adverse media flags, and intricate ownership structures, ensuring risk-conscious decision-making.
  • Upskill and train junior colleagues, fostering team-wide expertise through industry knowledge and tailored development.

Are You Right for the Role?

You’ll bring a combination of leadership, technical know-how, and hands-on experience, but we recognise everyone evolves. Join us if you have:

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience leading CDD/KYC onboarding teams (professional services/fintech preferred), managing at scale in high-volume environments.
  • A track record of developing high-performing teams, navigating priorities under pressure, and prioritising quality over speed.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills, to navigate multijurisdictional entities and complex ownership structures.

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Experience in building and embedding new CDD platforms, case management systems, or operating frameworks.
  • An advanced understanding of:
    • Global regulatory frameworks (KYC/AML) including sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
    • High-volume corporate onboarding, including complexities in ownership, multi-jurisdictional risks, and escalation processes.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS, CISI) though we value experience above academia.
