What you’ll own
- Drive end-to-end delivery of CDD transformation initiatives, turning strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps
- Own delivery governance with strong oversight of plans, risks, performance metrics, and executive reporting
- Assess operational impact to ensure seamless implementation, business continuity, and improved performance
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning stakeholders and driving confident, data-backed decision-making
- Champion change and innovation by rolling out scalable operating models, new tools, and automation/AI solutions
- Ensure strong risk, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement, delivering measurable value and efficiency gains
What you’ll bring
- Proven success delivering CDD, KYC, AML, and financial crime programs in regulated environments
- Strong influencer with the confidence to engage senior leaders and drive decisions in governance forums
- Disciplined delivery expert with Agile/Waterfall experience and a sharp focus on governance and execution
- Skilled at leading complex, cross-functional and technology-driven transformation initiatives
- Deep CDD and regulatory expertise, translating requirements into scalable, effective solutions
- Data-driven problem solver who thrives under pressure, balancing compliance, efficiency, and customer experience
