About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join mThree’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. You will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and architectural design to testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, particularly with C++, and have a keen interest in web development and data management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a collaborative environment, supporting mThree’s mission to deliver innovative and reliable technology solutions to its global clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in object-oriented application development, specifically with C++ 11, 14, or 17 standards.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as GTest or CPPTest, including writing regression tests.
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database modeling, design, and implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Desirable: Experience with REST API development using C++, YAML, and Swagger; JSON and XML parsing libraries; knowledge of state machines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and estimation of software development projects, including sizing and costing efforts.
- Gather and analyze user requirements, proposing innovative and efficient solutions tailored to client needs.
- Participate in all phases of change requests, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Design and improve the architectural framework of applications to optimize performance and scalability.
- Create detailed technical designs and models for software components.
- Develop, model, and implement databases to support application functionalities.
- Contribute to validation and acceptance testing phases, fine-tuning the product to meet quality standards.
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure software reliability and robustness.
- Write high-quality operational code and comprehensive documentation to facilitate maintenance and future development.
- Deliver innovative technical solutions to address complex problems and fulfill client requirements effectively.
