We are currently building a Talent Pool of experienced CDM Consultants and Senior CDM Consultants across the Midlands, Southeast and London. The Opportunity We are looking to connect with CDM professionals who are passionate about construction safety and delivering high‑quality consultancy. You will have the chance to work across a variety of projects including:

Our teams operate in a hybrid working model, with travel to client sites as required. Project activity is currently focused around North London, Oxford, the Midlands and the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities As roles become available, your responsibilities may include:

Providing Principal Designer, Client Advisor and CDM consultancy services Supporting clients and project teams to comply with CDM and associated regulations Identifying, managing and mitigating design and construction risks Delivering clear technical advice and high‑quality reports and documentation Managing multiple projects and maintaining strong client relationships Using in‑house digital tools and systems to support project delivery

About You We are interested in speaking to candidates who can demonstrate:

Experience as a CDM Consultant, Principal Designer or Client Advisor Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and construction safety legislation Good understanding of construction methodology Ability to work proactively and manage multiple projects Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence in client‑facing situations Good IT skills and the ability to use internal systems

Preferred qualifications (not essential):

CertIOSH and/or CMaPS (or equivalent)  for a senior role Knowledge of Building Regulations and Fire Safety

Additional requirements:

Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel to client sites
