Your Role
You'll act as the trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance while delivering commercially focused Health & Safety solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services across multiple projects.
- Providing expert advice on CDM 2015 and wider Health & Safety legislation.
- Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, Pre-Construction Information and Health & Safety Files.
- Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
- Attending design team meetings and advising clients throughout project delivery.
- Building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants, helping to develop the London team.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and contributing to the continued success of the regional office.

About You
We're keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Membership of IOSH and/or APS.
- Strong experience delivering CDM Principal Designer services within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.
- The confidence to engage with clients, contractors and design teams at all levels.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to developing client relationships.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
