At The Relais Henley, we're looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team. Working alongside our inspirational Head Chef and experienced brigade, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional dishes across our restaurant, events, and private dining experiences.

What you'll be doing
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. You'll work with fresh, seasonal produce and have the opportunity to contribute ideas to regularly changing menus.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running your section efficiently during service.
- Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering outstanding food.
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, allergen control, and health & safety standards.
- Helping minimise waste while maintaining excellent quality.
- Supporting and encouraging junior members of the kitchen team.

What we're looking for
We're searching for someone who is:
- Passionate about great food and fresh seasonal ingredients.
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Calm and organised under pressure.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Creative, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Committed to maintaining the highest culinary standards.
- Keen to build a long-term career within a growing hotel collection.
- Flexible in approach and able to work across a selection of shifts – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
