Jazz Cafe, a world-famous and award-winning live music venue in Camden, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join its renowned kitchen team.
For over 30 years, Jazz Cafe has celebrated rising stars and global talent across genres like hip hop, soul, jazz, world and electronic music. The restaurant, perched on a stunning mezzanine overlooking the stage, delivers one of London’s most unique dining experiences: exceptional food and drinks pairing with live music just metres away.
As a fast-paced environment with a busy schedule, we seek a skilled, organised, and professional Chef de Partie who can confidently run their section and consistently maintain high-quality food during peak services.

Responsibilities
- Run section prep and service while upholding strict food standards
- Prepare and cook dishes with unwavering consistency, quality, and attention to detail
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy performances
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and pristine kitchen organisation
- Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and preserving a clean, efficient kitchen
- Contribute to a professional and positive kitchen culture
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a high-pressure kitchen
- The ability to confidently manage a section under fast-paced conditions
- A deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong focus on quality
- Strong teamwork skills and clear communication
- Passion for cooking and hospitality
