We’re looking for a CDP to join our passionate Kitchen team at Hogs Back Hotel & Spa and take the next exciting step in their hospitality career. This is your chance to step into a kitchen where creativity and personality matter all wrapped up in our Ownership with Personality values.
Set in the beautiful Surrey countryside, Hogs Back Hotel & Spa offers stylish accommodation, leisure and spa facilities, and a varied food and beverage operation including restaurant dining, conferences, and events.
What You’ll Get Stuck Into as our CDP:
- Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items - running your section when fully trained and confident
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section - great food, every time!
- Follow Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section
- Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade - Sous/ Head Chef - Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
