Team Overview
Group Digital Product are the team behind many of Sky’s digital and streaming platforms. Our team develops and supports technologies for Sky, globally. No matter the device, the time or the place, we make sure that engaging large, diverse audiences with premium entertainment is possible.
The NOW/WOW Marketing Technology team deliver capability that allows us to attract & engage customers and measure the effectiveness of our journeys and marketing spend
What you'll do:
- Work closely with teams across Europe. Including Sales/Marketing, Global Streaming Product/Technology, and Global Data as a key subject matter expert for the NOW/WOW Customer Data Platform.
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to support usage and adoption of our customer data platform, providing recommendations and tips to users.
- Support the discovery and requirements gathering of CDP use cases covering enhancements of current journeys to net new in collaboration with Product.
- Act as a bridge between users of CDP and the local vendor engagement team to continue building a tool which can support first class customer experiences.
- Be a key player in supporting business strategy with the use of CDP, covering anything from Compliance to Paid Media activation.
- Lead local audience clinics for audiences used within campaigns across paid media, CRM and other CDP reliant segmentation journeys.
- Monitor status of CDP capability and integrations with upstream and downstream systems, support connectivity into local publishers and DSP’s.
- Own the implementation of marketing tags across the web estate.

What you'll bring:
- A passion for media and technology – it’s at the core of everything we do and a proven track record of developing products in a fast paced and inclusive environment
- Experience of working with CDP technologies like mParticle, & Adobe to enable business growth
- You will have worked in an environment where personalisation of customer journeys was at the forefront of your work
- Demonstrable experience of having built effective and trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organisations.
- Hands on experience with CEP technologies such as Braze is a plus.

How you’ll work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week.
