Cell Leader – Warehouse Stock Controller
Location: Telford / Hybrid
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 6am – 2.15pm (Flexible to cover 8am – 4.15pm and 2pm – 10.15pm to cover holidays when required)

As a Cell Leader, you’ll take ownership of inventory integrity and work closely with warehouse teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and managing stock locations and system accuracy
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies and cycle count variances
- Supporting picking teams by resolving stock queries quickly and effectively
- Performing regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity
- Identifying and reducing non-picks and incorrect stock movements
- Ensuring stock systems remain accurate and up to date
- Supporting continuous improvement of stock control processes
- Working with warehouse management systems (including Epicor/Red Ledge)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience in stock control or inventory management
- Background in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Confident using Excel and warehouse systems
- Calm under pressure with a logical, methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
- MHE experience is advantageous, and full training will be provided where required.
