Cell Test Technician
Location: Oxfordshire Type: Full Time | Permanent
Our client is an innovative technology company developing advanced materials for high-performance applications. They are looking for a Cell Test Technician to join their Electrochemistry team and support the development and validation of next-generation materials.
The Role:
Working within a laboratory environment, you'll support the manufacture, assembly and testing of electrochemical cells, helping to validate new materials and technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manufacture electrodes through slurry mixing, coating and calendaring.
- Assemble coin and pouch cells within controlled dry-room environments.
- Carry out electrochemical testing and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
- Record experimental data and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
- Follow laboratory procedures while ensuring high standards of health, safety and quality.

About You:
You'll have laboratory experience and enjoy working in a hands-on technical environment.
Essential:
- Experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Experience following standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Experience handling experimental data.
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
