Stanlake Park Wine Estate - Twyford, Berkshire

Stanlake Park Wine Estate is one of England's leading wine tourism destinations, welcoming over 10,000 visitors each year for tours, tastings and unforgettable wine experiences. Conveniently located on the Elizabeth Line, our busy Wine Bar and Cellar Door is open six days a week, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy our award-winning wines alongside delicious food in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Crafted by our Italian winemaker, our collection includes white, rosé, red and sparkling wines, together with innovative styles such as low-alcohol wines, aromatised blends and pét-nat - making Stanlake Park a destination for both passionate wine lovers and curious newcomers.

Beyond wine, Stanlake Park is also a thriving events venue, hosting more than 150 weddings, private celebrations and corporate events every year. With luxury accommodation already onsite and exciting expansion plans underway, this is an exciting time to join our growing business.

The Role

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on and inspiring Cellar Door Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely enjoys leading people.

This isn't a desk-based management role. You'll be leading from the front - supporting the team during busy services, setting high standards, solving problems, driving sales and ensuring every guest leaves having had an exceptional experience.

You'll be responsible for creating a positive, motivated team culture while ensuring excellent operational standards and commercial performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
