East London Brewing Company Ltd. is an independent brewery founded in 2011 in Leyton, dedicated to high-quality, award-winning beers across keg, cask, bottle, and can. Our brewery supplies pubs, bars, and retailers throughout London - rooted in the spirit of East London’s graft, creativity, and community. ELBC is moving to a new site on Lockwood Way E17, at the heart of the Blackhorse Beer Mile, creating fresh opportunities to grow, collaborate, and engage more people with the brand. The portfolio spans a Core Collection for everyday drinking, a Heritage Range of traditional cask styles, and EAST, a modern, progressive expression of brewing. The team is committed to quality, consistency, reliable service, and evolving as a modern independent brewery.
Role Description
The Cellar Quality Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Walthamstow, responsible for maintaining exceptional beer quality and service standards across key On Trade accounts. Day-to-day duties include:

- Visiting pubs and bars to monitor cellar practices
- Ensuring correct storage and dispense
- Providing practical advice and training to staff

The role involves:
- Managing key account relationships
- Coordinating orders and deliveries with internal teams
- Responding promptly to any quality or service issues
Additionally, the Cellar Quality Key Account Manager will:
- Review sales performance with accounts
- Identify opportunities for growth
- Support business planning with the sales and operations teams
This position also contributes to continuous improvement of quality procedures, supports brand activations and events, and represents ELBC professionally in all customer-facing interactions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of beer cellar management, dispense systems, and quality control processes within pubs or bars is highly beneficial.
- Experience in the brewing, beverage, or hospitality industry is an advantage; relevant qualifications or training in hospitality or business are beneficial.
- Strong account management and key accounts experience, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationships.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, quality metrics, and customer feedback, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive experience for trade partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels in key accounts.
- Comfort working on-site and in a field-based environment, with a full UK driving licence or ability to travel across London as needed.
