We’re hiring a Central Sales Executive to join our team in Head Office.

As the first point of contact for customers, brokers, and our sales team, you will manage inbound and outbound calls and email leads across multiple inboxes and efficiently use our CRM to handle queries from potential customers enquiring about spaces to general questions.

By becoming an expert in our product, locations, buildings and the wider flex commercial property market, you will be driven to convert enquiries to viewings with the goal of businesses taking space with us.

This role also requires strong stakeholder management skills as you will be working closely with the Sales teams and the external Brokers to ensure that viewings are booked in, Workspace is being marketed and presented to broker clients correctly, and customers and brokers are updated on the progress of their enquiry.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous face to face or over the phone sales
  • Ability to learn how to quickly qualify enquiries and leads by understanding customer needs and offering recommendations and space solutions
  • Excellent communication and organisation with both customers and internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent resolution management where necessary, helpfully and clearly answering difficult questions or complaints from customers
