The Vacancy
We’re looking for a Central Sales Executive. You will be a positive, outgoing, and motivated brand representative, providing helpful expert-led guidance and customer service.
As the first point of contact for customers, brokers, and our sales team, you will handle queries ranging from potential customers enquiring about spaces to general questions about the company and our properties.
Your main responsibility will be converting enquiries to viewings, with the goal of businesses ultimately taking space with us, and you will become an expert in our product, locations, buildings, and the wider ‘flex’ commercial property marketing. You will also manage an individual pipeline of inbound and outbound calls and email leads across multiple inboxes and efficiently use our CRM. This role also requires strong stakeholder management skills as you will be working closely with the Sales teams and the external Brokers to ensure that viewings are booked in, Workspace is being marketed and presented to broker clients correctly, and customers and brokers are updated on the progress of their enquiry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
