We’re hiring a Part Time Central Services Advisor to join our expanding team based at our office in Bicester.

If you’re a driven and motivated individual looking to develop their career within sales and business development this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Experience in business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not essential, if you believe you have the skills and confidence to succeed, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for:
- Cold calling companies and contacting businesses from our existing CRM database to build a strong pipeline of warm leads.
- Arranging site surveys and meetings for our Business Development Managers.
- Introducing the company by emailing information to prospective client contacts.
- Managing incoming website leads.
You will work towards agreed weekly call and appointment targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system. In addition, you will support the wider sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a role that requires resilience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

What You Receive For Joining Us
We’re offering an hourly rate of £15.00 per hour plus a performance bonus, with on-target earnings of around £28,500. Ideally, you’ll work 9am-3pm Monday to Friday but we’re more than happy to consider those able to work anything from 8 hours per week up to a maximum of 30 hours per week. Just let us know what works best for you. We also offer 25 days holiday per annum (pro rata), plus Bank Holidays, a company pension and your birthday off.
Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Cold call companies and call companies from an existing CRM database to build a pipeline of warm leads, while working towards agreed weekly call and appointment targets.
- Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Managers and introduce the company by emailing information to client contacts.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM database and complete sales support administration tasks.
- Manage website leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.

- Great communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and confidence in handling and overcoming objections.
- A positive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Previous B2B experience (ideal but not essential) with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience using a computer database.
