Triangle Specialist Communication Services

Central Team Administrator (Full-time, Fixed-term Contract - 6 months)

Location: Woodingdean, Brighton Type: Full-time, Hybird (3 days in office, 2 days from home), Fixed-term contract Contract Length: 6 months

We are a leading organisation providing specialist communication services for children, young people, and vulnerable adults in legal settings. Join us as a Central Team Administrator to support our growing business operations—both in our intermediary service and across other key areas, including training, forensic interviewing, and specialist support.

About the Role

The Central Team Administrator is our indispensable link between frontline work and back-office systems. Your daily role will involve:

  • Coordinate intermediaries: Oversee the schedules and nationwide travel of field-based intermediaries, ensuring polished service across the country.
  • Legal coordination: Manage bookings with solicitors, courts, and criminal/family jurisdictions.
  • Customer interactions: Handle incoming enquiries, quotes, and invoicing for projects completed.
  • Legal report support: Safeguard the accuracy and presentation of evidence-relevant reports for court submissions.
  • Marketing & communication: Assist with phone-based marketing efforts and related materials.
  • Training administration: Provide vital administrative backing to our police and social work training provision.

We’re Looking For

  • Light touch tech/hands: Confidence handling secure systems, administrative tools, and flair for systems improvement.

This is a thoughtfully limited 6-month contract. Only apply with full availability to commit to these dates.

Note that this role involves handling highly confidential information regarding children, teenagers, and vulnerable adults involved in criminal/family court proceedings.


Working at Triangle

📅 Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts covering 08:30–17:00 (adjustable schedules accommodated on a voluntary basis). 🚗 Parking: Free on-site parking. 💵 Bonus: Annual bonus scheme. 🎁 Plenty of Perks: Paid volunteering day each year, hybrid flexibility, and a collaborative, informal office culture—nothing robotic here.
