Founded by Consultant Dermatologist Dr. Deepak Rallan, the company’s success is rooted in the focus on diagnostic accuracy and exclusive treatment programmes with high effectiveness. Headquarters based in Norwich, Norfolk, all sales, marketing and product development is managed centrally. Diamond Skin Care is the only private dermatology franchise fully owned and created by clinical leadership, with a vision to expand across the UK to offer one of the best dermatology business experiences in the UK.
The Opportunity
BRAND NEW STRUCTURE - £35K Franchise license
The Centre Director and Franchisee is an independent 100% owner of the asset upon purchasing the territory license and gains exclusive rights to promote and operate DSC brand services at their chosen location. He/She will monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory standards. Each centre is a protected exclusive territory and the Franchisee is encouraged to build their centre to a minimum revenue of £500000 per annum (70% gross profit is typical at maturity). The individual is accountable for franchise performance, business development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture aligned with Diamond Skin Care’s clinical leadership values, protocols and CQC policies.

Qualifications and Suitability

If you have a background in healthcare as a manager, nurse or doctor and answer yes to most of the following, then this opportunity is right for you pending our due diligence.
- Entrepreneurial ability
- Operational and business management skills, including budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring.
- Customer and patient service skills, with the ability to maintain a high standard of care and experience.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills for coordinating daily centre activities and resolving issues efficiently.
- Experience in healthcare, dermatology, or related service-based environments is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, healthcare management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Must have right to work or operate business in UK
