Centre Manager

Autocentre Manager – Halfords

Compensation

  • On-target earnings: up to £53,800
  • Base salary: £37,459–£40,000
  • Uncapped monthly bonus scheme: Average additional earnings of £13,800 per year
  • Work pattern: 5 days a week
  • Refer a Friend Scheme: Earn extra with Terms & Conditions applying.

Skills and Experience

  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills (preferably within automotive or similar industries)
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
  • Engaging & motivational, with a coaching-based approach for team development, including in-the-moment training
  • Experience meeting compliance standards across Health & Safety
  • Proficient in high sales turnover and managing KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • IT-proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
  • Good time management
  • Must have a current valid driving licence
