Autocentre Manager – Halfords

Compensation
- On-target earnings: up to £53,800
- Base salary: £37,459–£40,000
- Uncapped monthly bonus scheme: Average additional earnings of £13,800 per year
- Work pattern: 5 days a week
- Refer a Friend Scheme: Earn extra with Terms & Conditions applying.

Career Progression

Skills and Experience
- Fantastic leadership and team management skills (preferably within automotive or similar industries)
- Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
- Engaging & motivational, with a coaching-based approach for team development, including in-the-moment training
- Experience meeting compliance standards across Health & Safety
- Proficient in high sales turnover and managing KPIs
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- IT-proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
- Good time management
- Must have a current valid driving licence
