We’re hiring: Centre Manager
📍 Lorne Estate Outdoor Adventure Centre, Holywood
🕒 35 hours per week
💷 £45,000
Lorne Estate Outdoor Adventure Centre is seeking to appoint a Centre Manager to lead the operations and continued development of our unique residential and outdoor adventure centre in Holywood, Co. Down.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre’s operation – from activities, accommodation and facilities, to customer experience, health and safety, financial performance and staff leadership. Working closely with the CEO, the successful candidate will help shape the strategic direction of Lorne, driving operational excellence, commercial growth and exceptional experiences for the wide range of groups and organisations who use the centre.

Set within 21 acres of woodland and owned and operated by Girlguiding Ulster, Lorne Estate welcomes Girlguiding members, schools, youth and community groups, and corporate organisations for residentials, outdoor adventure, events and team-building. This role offers the opportunity to lead a well-established centre with a strong reputation, while helping to shape its future development and growth.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader with a strong background in operations, staff management, health and safety, financial oversight and customer-focused service delivery. Experience of working in a complex, multi-use environment and a passion for creating high-quality experiences will be key.
