Reporting to: Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities

Align global strategy with local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks to formulate medium- and long-term regional development strategies and annual business plans. Own full P&L accountability for overseas operations and drive sustainable growth across the multi-brand portfolio.

Establish, restructure, and scale a fully functioning local management team, covering HR, legal, procurement, branding, public relations, and field marketing. Build standardised corporate governance systems, performance appraisal mechanisms, and incentive frameworks to develop a high-performance, localised team.

Oversee end-to-end business compliance and risk management, liaising with UK and international regulatory authorities to mitigate legal, tax, and policy risks, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Take ownership of brand development, public relations, and integrated marketing. Lead compliant brand marketing and commercial activities, maintain a premium brand reputation, and manage PR crises.

Drive cross-border collaboration with the Group’s supply chain centre and global branches. Optimise local procurement, warehousing, logistics, and operations, implement cost-control measures, and ensure stable global supply chain delivery.

Serve as the Group’s senior executive representative, maintaining strategic relationships with government institutions, industry associations, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Lead major commercial negotiations and cross-regional synergies.

Lead pre-IPO standardisation and listing preparation, overseeing corporate governance optimisation, financial standardisation, and operational compliance upgrades to support IPO milestones.

Drive corporate M&A and post-acquisition management, including:
- Target screening and due diligence
- Post-acquisition resource consolidation
- Business synergy execution
- Organisational integration
Requirements & Core Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of UK/Hong Kong markets, workplace conventions, and employment laws. Native English proficiency with Mandarin fluency as a strong advantage.
- 10+ years of C-level/senior VP experience in FMCG or consumer electronics, with expertise in subsidiary operations, governance, and channel ecosystems.
- Strong commercial law and regulatory policy expertise, including experience managing large-scale local consumer brand operations.
- Strategic vision, holistic business thinking, and governance of high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional team building, process optimisation, and commercial acumen with market-focused product awareness.
- Experience in senior team structuring, talent development, and performance incentives, with expansive networks across governments, industry bodies, and media.
- Superior strategic planning, risk management, and negotiation skills, with a result-driven approach.
- Proven IPO sprint and listing preparation experience, including:
- Corporate standardisation
- Financial adjustments
- Compliance systems
- Milestone execution
- Mature M&A and post-merger integration capability, with a track record of:
- Cross-border acquisitions
- Organisational alignment
- Business synergy delivery
