CEO & Co-Founder at LevelMeUp
LevelMeUp is an adaptive educational RPG that helps primary school children master mental maths through gameplay. Instead of interrupting play with maths questions, every correct answer powers the player's attacks, allowing children to defeat enemies, unlock new worlds, and progress through an engaging story while developing mathematical fluency.
Our mission is simple: Build the game children want to play and parents are happy to pay for.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious CEO & Co-Founder who wants to build one of the world's leading educational gaming companies.
This isn't a traditional executive role—it's an opportunity to build a company from the ground up, shape product strategy, lead growth, raise investment, and create a business that can positively impact millions of children.
Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate the company's long-term vision.
- Build a category-defining educational gaming company.
- Develop product and market expansion strategies.
- Identify opportunities for international growth.
Product Leadership
- Work closely with designers, developers and educators to shape the product roadmap.
- Ensure every feature balances engagement with educational outcomes.
- Prioritise product development using customer feedback and analytics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
