About Nonacus

We’re an employee-owned company based in Birmingham in our 11th year of helping patients find cancer simply, quickly and accurately.

We research, design and manufacture all products from our Quinton HQ, having supplied over 50 million test kits to dozens of NHS sites, every major UK private healthcare group and exporting to 38 countries worldwide.

We’re looking for talented and driven people to help us achieve our vision of everyone on earth having access to simple, fast and accurate non-invasive cancer testing.

Role purpose

You will be the right-hand of the CEO and a trusted sounding board - turning ideas into reality, managing projects and making the most of their time.

Key responsibilities

Turning ideas into structured action

This could mean developing a presentation (like this!), challenging a strategic idea, researching a new investment, mapping a market or improving a process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
