As a thexton Armstrong Partner, you will own and lead your own SME business mentoring consultancy within your local market, using a proven international system trusted by business leaders for over a decade.
About The Opportunity
This is a licensed opportunity, giving you the freedom of business ownership with the structure and backing of a respected international brand. You will support SME owners to strengthen their strategy, profitability, and growth potential, creating measurable value for their businesses and your own.
Who You Are
You are an experienced business leader, owner, or senior consultant seeking a more independent, purposeful next chapter.
You are likely to have:
- 12+ years in senior management or business ownership.
- Expertise in at least two of: strategy, finance, marketing, sales, operations, or consulting.
- A genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs and SMEs grow.
- Strong interpersonal and commercial judgement.
