CEO Club & Community Manager

Company Description

HBI, the healthcare investing convention, is the number one community of mid-large cap healthcare CEOs and investors across EMEA. It is designed to accelerate deal origination, foster high-value connections, through formal meetings and informal networking. The result is intelligence that fuels innovation, value creation and increased patient access. It is the forum of choice for the who’s who in the healthcare investing ecosystem shaping the future of the sector.

Role Description

HBI is strengthening its proposition for Healthcare CEOs. We are looking for an intellectually curious, strategic and relationship-driven professional to assist the growth of this critical audience segment. You will join an ambitious and fast-growing company that benefits from high-quality brand recognition in its sector.

In this role you will be right at the heart of building a community of Healthcare CEOs across Healthcare Services, Pharma Services, MedTech, Medical Device, Digital Health and Healthcare IT. Your activities will primarily be focused on bringing these CEOs as VIPs to our Flagship Annual Event in Paris, identifying and securing them as speakers, learning what drives their growth, understanding their pain points and helping to translate that into content and networking opportunities. You will be involved in year-round community engagement activities working with marketing, sales, and editorial teams as we grow our offering to support the investment and strategic growth drivers of this group changing the face of healthcare in EMEA and beyond.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
