CEO-In-Training Program – United Media Group
Are you an aspiring leader who wants to fast-track your path to a CEO or CXO role?
At United Media Group, we’re building the next generation of business leaders through our CEO-In-Training program. A unique program for people who want responsibility early on and are comfortable being pushed outside their comfort zone.
Role Overview
From day one, you will take full ownership of a core function within one of our portfolio companies. Your responsibilities include:
- Tackling the toughest problems
- Making critical decisions
- Building processes
- Being accountable for results in a fast-moving environment
Essentially, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it actually takes to run and scale a company.

Who We’re Looking For
We seek high-potential individuals with the ambition to step into a CEO role within a few years.
Typical Backgrounds
- Top-tier MBA graduates
- Experience in management consulting or investment banking
- Experience from startups or fast-moving environments
