Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Remote
A founding opportunity to build and scale a white-label software delivery business within a multi-venture tech group.
If you’re excited by the idea of architecting, owning, and running your own company in the software development space from scratch and becoming a part of an ambitious Group Ecosystem – we’d love to hear from you. This role begins as an equity-based leadership position, with salary introduced as revenue scales.
Company Details
StrideGhost is a white-label web, software, and app development delivery company operating within the StrideNex group.
It provides execution-first build services to agencies, studios, and commercially strong partners who lack in-house engineering capability.
StrideGhost operates as a discreet, brand-agnostic delivery layer, enabling partners to:
- Sell and manage client relationships
- Retain full ownership and credibility
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions without internal build teams
The business focuses purely on execution against defined specifications, without involvement in product strategy, advisory, or client-facing consulting.
StrideGhost is designed to generate predictable, repeatable, high-margin delivery revenue while supporting partner growth at scale.
We are seeking a commercially driven, operationally rigorous, and systems-oriented Chief Executive Officer to build and scale StrideGhost from launch.
This is not a venture or advisory-led role. This is a delivery business leadership role focused on:
- Revenue generation through agency partnerships
- Operational efficiency and margin control
- Scalable execution systems
- High-volume, repeatable delivery
About the Role
Strategic Leadership & Positioning
- Define and execute the commercial and operational strategy for StrideGhost
- Establish the company as a trusted white-label delivery partner to agencies and studios
- Position the business around reliability, discretion, and execution quality
- Build a model optimized for scale, repeatability, and margin

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
