The Role & Responsibilities
EnerMech has an opportunity for a Certification Coordinator to join their Aberdeen office on a permanent basis. This role will be based within the centralized Equipment Mobilisation/Demobilisation team, reporting to the Certification Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring all certification Job Packs are emailed to various clients as required
- Keeping up-to-date with all industry standards, highlighting training requirements to line management
- Building and managing working relationships with all 3rd-party inspectors and inspection company coordinators
- Discussing, challenging, and supporting engineering staff on inspection and certification issues
- Making proactive interventions to prevent:
- 3rd-party Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Internal Unsatisfactory Observations/Reports (UORs) Where required, contributing to the resolution and closure of NCRs/UORs
- Maintaining an asset register/database to ensure all certification records are:
- Correct and up to date
- Recording asset identity changes, where necessary
- Availability for overtime as required, covering certification requirements outside normal working hours

Requirements
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must have:
- Essential previous experience within a certification role, with ideally knowledge of equipment & rigging certification compliance requirements
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages
Preferred or advantageous:
- Experience with tools, plant, and equipment
- Experience with ERP systems such as NAV/SAP
Critical competencies:
- A proven track record of working to tight deadlines
- Comfort operating under pressure
