Job Description
Provide compassionate, safe patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Birmingham, AL, supporting nurses with daily activities, monitoring patient condition, and maintaining comfort and documentation.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver safe, timely patient care consistently
- Assist nurses with ADLs and mobility
- Maintain accurate vitals and documentation
- Support infection control and patient safety
- Achieve positive patient and team feedback

Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum 3+ years CNA experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
- Ability to work in Birmingham, AL
