Certified Travel Agent – Remote Role

We’re seeking a driven, people-centric Certified Travel Agent who combines industry expertise with fresh energy and a passion for travel, to thrive in a time-honoured but evolving business. If you enjoy helping others create unforgettable experiences and embrace growth while respecting tradition, join a supportive crew with business-readiness and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to provide expert travel recommendations grounded in industry-led standards and best practices.
  • Design bespoke vacation packages by coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, and international travel (including Disney-branded and Universal experiences).
  • Deliver high-touch, relationship-focused customer service to ensure adherence to bookings, timely communication, and seamless pre/post-travel support.
  • Stay updated on supplier promotions, industry trends, and training opportunities to deliver superior client service.
  • Maintain precise client records, including itineraries and booking details.
  • Operate efficiently within a collaborative team environment, owning your schedule and workflow from a remote location.
